General Contest & Prize Giveaway Rules
These are the official rules that apply to all contests or prize giveaways (collectively, “Promotions”) that are provided by The Grill Guys of Missouri, LLC (the “Sponsor”) at 932 US Highway 60 E, Republic, MO 65738, or appear on the Sponsor's outlets, including the Sponsor's website, social media channels, and email communications. Sponsor will conduct the Promotions substantially as described in these official rules.
How to Enter: The method of entry varies, and some Promotions may have special restrictions or qualifications. The two primary methods of entry are a random drawing for a prize giveaway selected from online registrations, or through purchases made from our Retail or online Ecommerce platforms. Unless otherwise stated, you may enter the prize giveaway by submitting an eligible entry by way of these two methods.
Promotion Period: The Promotion period varies and will be announced in advance of the applicable Promotion. Entries must be received by the announced deadline to be eligible.
Eligibility: Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are open to all persons who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Grill Guys of Missouri, LLC or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, productions, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Promotions, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate Some Promotions may only allow one entry per person and per household. In those cases, duplicate entries will be deleted from the drawing. Persons who have won anything from The Grill Guys of Missouri, LLC in the last 30 days are ineligible. Sponsor(s) reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Participant for any reason, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason.Sponsor and its
Prize(s): A detailed description of the prize(s), including estimated retail value, restrictions, and conditions will be provided at the time the Promotion is announced. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, unless otherwise specified. Winners are responsible for all applicable local, state, or federal taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting or using the prize(s).
Winner Selection and Notification: The method and timing of winner selection and notification will vary for each Promotion. Details will be announced separately for each specific Promotion. In general, the winner will be chosen by random process. Winners will be eligible for a grand prize if it is part of the Promotion. In all events, if a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the required time period of 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner(s) must sign a prize receipt and certify compliance with all eligibility requirements, which will include providing a government issued ID, prior to the release of a prize. All taxes, if applicable, on any prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each Participant releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to Participant arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in Promotion. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her prize after it has been accepted and/or delivered. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries; or any and all technical error or failure.
Publicity Release: By participating in a Promotion, entrants agree to have their name, likeness, and voice used for promotional purposes without further compensation, in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor: Unless otherwise stated, Promotions are sponsored by The Grill Guys of Missouri, LLC. and/or, in some cases, a vendor or affiliate.
Right to Make Changes: The Grill Guys of Missouri, LLC reserves the right to amend these rules or terminate the Promotion at any time. Such amendment is effective upon announcement. The Grill Guys of Missouri, LLC also reserves the right to, but in no way are required to, substitute the prize(s) with something of equal or greater value. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotions, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of any Promotions is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Promotions, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Promotions cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotions. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
Dispute Resolution: The Grill Guys of Missouri, LLC’s decisions regarding the Promotion(s) are final and binding.
