As a small business we feel that giving back to the community that we serve is as important as the business that is given to us. For that reason, we look for opportunities to participate in the community we serve.
As active Chamber of Commerce members, we give our time as Ambassadors for the Chamber, provide manpower for the greater good at the Convoy of Hope headquarters here in Republic, help build goodie bags for new teachers or residents so that they know they have resources to turn to as they get familiar with their new community, or participate in Ribbon Cutting ceremonies and Open Houses for new businesses or businesses/entities celebrating a milestone in the community.
As members of the community we look for ways to uplift other local small businesses or participate in donation drives for local not-for-profits seeking to help the less fortunate.
As a business that has been blessed with a number of amazing customers we also partner with specific not-for-profits and organizations that are working toward a greater cause all while leaving their mark on the community for the better. We also have partnered with other small businesses to achieve our goal of helping not-for-profits work towards their goal through community partnerships to make our efforts go further. We've participated in events that are open to the public to help fundraise for non-profits as well, all the while doing our part to help please the crowd and aiding in the joy of giving.

Please submit requests at least 2 weeks in advance for review
Schools, Churches, and other Non-Profit Organizations
The following requirements must be met in requesting a donation from The Grill Guys.
- Must be a non-profit entity, if you are part of another business or community group see the section marked "How Can We Help" to explain further after filling out the rest of the form.
- Organizations must submit a request through this online form. Due to the volume of donations requests that we receive, we can only accept requests through this online form.
- Monetary donations are not available. All donations are made in the form of Product(s), Gift Cards, Merchandise or Personal Appearances.
- If you need to raise Monetary Funds, it may be possible for us to help through a fundraiser; to express interest fill out the form. We have helped raise funds through Community Events, Game Nights and Product Sales, so we might be able to figure out a way to assist you. We'll see if we can help find the best fundraiser to fit your organization's needs.
Unfortunately, we are not always able to donate in the following situations.
-Individual’s efforts to raise funds by participating in a non-profit event (run, bike race, etc.)
-Event Sponsorships
-Events sponsored by a competitor

We take every request into consideration but we are not able to fulfill them all. All requests will be based on the requirements above along with our budget and resources available for the year. While we enjoy being able to give back to the community we love, we also have to be good stewards of the business that provides for the people and the families it employs.
