Big Green Egg's 2024 Warranty Policy Update

Big Green Egg is making some changes, not to their warranty policy itself, but rather, how it is handled.

First off, it is important to understand that the policy itself is remaining largely unchanged, but the way customers deal with it will be changing.

The TLDR is that customers will register their EGGs directly with BGE, and BGE is going to be handling the claims themselves and sending customers into their local dealer with a pre-approved code to be used for picking up any replacement parts that you're needing to see about getting handled.

The most important thing to note is that current EGG owners can register their EGG
during a one-time open enrollment period so they don't have to worry about keeping their original receipts forever anymore.
Aug. 1st - Sept. 30th, 2024 is the open enrollment period, so it is important for you as a current owner to see about getting this handled ASAP!
